Greek Orzo Pasta
This recipe is a great side dish with a lot of flavor and it is quick to make. It is low in calories but very satisfying. Add chicken or shrimp to make it a main dish. This is the first time I have written ingredients down- I usually eyeball the vegetables so adjust accordingly if you see fit. : ) I will add photo next time I make it.
