Wonderful, I've been making these for years and they are the best, I tend to use boiled sausage (most of fat and etce gets drained that way) but, use the suasage as it provides more protein and also add some onions and peppers in there as well....mini pizza bites can't go wrong.
My in-laws make a fattier version of these and they're pretty darn tasty! I just tried this recipe and these are even more delicious because they aren't as bad for us! The only thing I do differently is make bite-size crescent roll-ups using each triangle separately. YUM!
