Similar to a regular sweet n sour meatloaf I make and use low sodium saltine crackers.
Sounds great! For those worried about Sodium, maybe substitute oatmeal, sounds like the saltines are just a binder anyways.
this looks very good, but the sodium is out of hand. so i wont be able to use it. thanks
