Good, I have taco salad pans and I put whole wheat tortillas inside them and bake them, I think that's lowers the sodium from the tortilla chips.
I left out the tortilla chips and slightly changed some of the ingredients (fat-free cheddar, olive oil instead of canola, etc.) and added FF sour cream and black olives. YUM YUM YUM and sooo healthy!!
