Looks yummy, I could probably make it with whatever seasoning mix I have at home. I'm not fond of green pepper, so I might substitute some other veggie. And I think you could use Olive Oil spray to cut the fat content. That's a LOT of flour...would you really use a whole cup to coat 4 filets?
