I made this for my family tonight. My husband, son and his friend loved it! The boys' said they need the recipe when they go away to college. I made some minor changes...added can corn and black beans. I served it over low-glycemic rice and topped it with reduced fat cheese. Very tasty!
My husband and I loved this recipe! It was tasty, made the house smell good, and there is enough leftovers for him for a few days.
We used half a packer of taco seasoning, reduced fat/sodium cream of chicken and hot salsa - super spicy and delicious!
