Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

My store didn't have fat-free cream, so this was extra good with half and half!
Delicious!!! I made one little change though -- instead of fat free half and half, I used non-fat buttermilk. It adds great tang to the soup without fat or artificial ingredients. You have to add it at the very very very end though, or else it curdles.
I forgot to get the fat-free cream. i had fat-free evaporated milk on hand so i used that & the soup cam out great.
