Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made my own creole seasoning (1.25 TBS paprika, 1 TBS salt, 1 TBS garlic powder, .5 TBS onion powder, .5 TBS black pepper, .5 TBS cayenne pepper, .5 TBS dried leaf oregano, .5 TBS dried leaf thyme). The fish was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was flavorful. However, snapper is not my fave.
THIS WAS SUPER! I love the Creole seasoning.. it was tickle the toungue delicious. I might want to cut back on the butter next time and use a butter substitute to save on some of the fat content. Delicious!
