I just made these! Yum! EXCEPT... I didn't have zuchini on hand so I left it out. And I used brown sugar instead of splenda, whole wheat flour, and extra virgin coconut oil instead on canola oil. I shrunk the portions and just made 12 med sized muffins. Cal=139, not bad for a yummy snack!!
