Nutrition & Calorie Comments

To get 1-1/2 c. cooked quinoa you start with 1/2 cup dry (2 servings). This will bring your calories in line if the tracker knows you are using 1/2 c. quinoa and only making 2 servings. Otherwise the tracker thinks 18 servings is 1/4 c. x 18 which expands 3 times which gives you 13+ c cooked quinoa.
So I may have used 1 tsp vanilla extract instead of a "pod" and skimped on the butter and sugar (I always do), and fine, I used regular milk in leau of buttermilke, and then baked in one big flat layer on a cookie pan and skipped the grilling and topping steps, but these were good!
