Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I am not familiar with that brand of canned meat, so will use my own cooked chicken with no sodium.
I just finished putting this together and it's very good. I did add more veggies (onion, celery, carrots) and I used Mrs Dash chicken grilling spice for an extra sodium free zip. Very fast and tasty. A wonderful way to add quinoa to your diet.
