I didn't have any apple juice so used lite cranberry juice, as well as fresh cranberries and left over home made cranberry jelly from Thanksgiving. Also added the apple cider vinegar and no brown sugar as I figured there was enough in it all ready. Cooked up some quinoa and sauteed some bok choy -
