Wow! Didn't change a thing except adding one extra scoop of my protein powder (vanilla bean) and half the water. I LOVED IT. BEST protein shake I've ever made. Definitely a keeper. Thx for a GREAT recipe!
I used GNC vanilla whey protein and it was GREAT. :) Only problem with mine was I didn't have smooth and used chunky peanut butter, which gave me pulp-like peanut bits. GREAT recipe.
Sounds good. Will definitely try. One tip. If you freeze your bananas, then you won't have to use as much ice and this gives a richer taste with same calorie count. I freeze all of my fruit for smoothies and use almost no ice.
I made this last night as a dessert and wow!! It was sooo easy!! I used French Vanilla Creme whey protein powder and it had no funny aftertaste at all!! This will be part of my healthy snack options from now on!!!
