I make this recipe more or less. These days with no meat but a dash of seasalt and fresh/ frozen herbs. I freeze it and eat by cup as a side for fiber. I was heart broken to think each cup was 700-1300 mg sodium. It just didn't make sense. Thank you! (I'll bet the bacon adds just the right flavor!)
Loved this pea soup. Great that it is low sodium. Added some herbs for more flavor.
