I like that there are no sugars, etc. mixed in with the apples. It's just like mom used to make but I added more nutmeg. Very good.
Excellent apple crisp!! I cut the sugar in half and that was plenty. I also used an all purpose gluten free flour.
Delicious! I think I will cut back a little on the sugar next time though.
I have a similar recipe. Mine uses two crushed shredded wheat biscuits instead of the oats and is baked on high for 10-13 minutes in the microwave. Delicious. Mine also has some sugar mixture with cinnamon, etc on the apple mixture, but I think it could be omitted.
