Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is a great recipe that replaced my mother-in-law's flank steak recipe. It is much healthier as we use vegible based beef stock starter. My Husband bar-b-ques the flank steak (once again no oil used and less calories) We don't use the Basil.
I added some salt at the end. I felt like it needed it.
