This was very good, I did change it for my own needs. No salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbs Canola oil.
Mix all dry together. Mix all wet together combine and bake.

I love the smell of fresh baked breads, especially on a cold winter day. I made this bread Sunday morning and was amazed! You would never know this recipe is low in fat/calories/carbs. It's big on taste and it's got quite a bit of protein in it, too!
