The ingredient list for this recipe didn't include milk--but on the nutritional breakdown it called for 1 cup. I don't drink milk, so I substituted with almond milk. Added .5 cup more milk, as the batter was too doughey. Also added orange zest and cinnamon. Great muffins!!
