Impeccable flavor. I cut the bread crumbs 1:1 with ground flax seed because I was low on bread crumbs and it ups the fiber. I also left out the garam masala because I had none available. I topped the patties with a sun dried tomato sauce (more of a pesto) that complimented perfectly. I will be makin
