I was looking for a guacamole recipe to get me by in a pinch and this worked well. Since i only had one lonely avocado, I used that along with 1/4 onion ( which is all I had). We also added a little salt to taste. This was awesome, buttery and paired well with our fajitas :)
Doesn't specify serving size. The 65 calories come from .17 portion of 1 avocado. That's like 1 Tbs. Unless you are using this as a spread you are likely to consume more. The batch is 700+ calories. The "tomatoes" folks have the right idea in cutting cals. I agree too much onion.
add Salt and Pepper and I'm good to go. Excellent and just like mine.
Oh, Thank You! This is my favorite dip & sandwich spread but the premade kinds are very high in calorie!
