Does it really need the cream soup? Couldn't you use low sodium chicken broth instead?
This is incredible! I made with whole wheat tortillas, 98% fat free soup, Pam olive oil spray instead of olive oil, no salt added corn and low fat cheddar. Tasted so good! Next time I'm adding a can of green chilies!
Im makeing this for my family tomorrow , its to high in
sodium for me . I may change somethings to lower it
and see how it come out Ill be back to rat it
If you use reduced sodium/fat cream of chicken soup, whole grain tortillas, and reduced fat cheese, it lowers the sodium/fat content. Thanks for the recipe!
sounds good but too high in fat salt and cholesterol per serve for me to consider it healthy :(
