I made this recipe with fresh broccoli, lowfat cheese, and eggbeaters I did put a little bit of milk in the eggbeaters. The quiche turned out great and my husband loved it.
I would not make this receipe as it is to high in chesse and double cream as well as a pie crust. I will make it using a low fat cheese such as edam and milk low fat calci trim and then as a self crusting quiche, which would be so much more healthier. I would also use fresh boccoli & red onions.
