this was really good - i made it in advance and brought to work for lunch -i assembled it there in a low cal tortilla, but hat it cold (minus the sprouts cuz i didn't have them) and it was really yummy. i also tried a slice of fat free cheese in place of the mayo some days which was almost as good.
