Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made a few changes: I browned some ground chicken and used balsamic dressing in place of oil, vinegar, salt & thyme. It still turned out fantastic. I mixed it with white rice for potluck "casserole". Some wild rice would be fun, & peppers for colour & could double the "glaze" for extra flavour. Submitted by:

Omitted the salt and served with veggie rice (peas / peppers / carrot). Quick, simple, and very good! Submitted by:

I made this using a combination of pork and chicken and served it over rice. I also added onions and mini bell peppers to the pan when cooking the chicken. This recipe was moist and delicious! Knowing that it was low in calories and fat just made it that much better :-) I will be making again! Submitted by:

Very good! Didn't have any honey so I used brown sugar instead. It came out delicious. Submitted by:

I'll have to give this a try. I usually cook dinner for 1 as I live alone. Once a week I cook for my girls, but they are vegetarians. I'd love some simple recipes for 1 serving, and some super filling, not to high carb, recipes for vegetarians. Submitted by:

Tried this with turkey thighs. A little more fat and calories BUT the flavor was awesome!! Submitted by:

A different flavor, and tasty! I'd cut back the salt to 1/4 tsp next time, and allow more cooking time. Served it with lentils and steamed broccoli. The picture includes bell peppers, but the recipe doesn't call for them; I'm not sure they would have worked well with this dish anyway. Submitted by:

OMG, this was amazing. I used the berry flavored dressing and I didnt use salt, but instead used this season all I bought at Costco that doesnt have any salt in it... I am so in love with this. I am eating it NOW! thanks for sharing Submitted by:
