I made a few changes: I browned some ground chicken and used balsamic dressing in place of oil, vinegar, salt & thyme. It still turned out fantastic. I mixed it with white rice for potluck "casserole". Some wild rice would be fun, & peppers for colour & could double the "glaze" for extra flavour. Submitted by:
