Have made this forever & LOVE it! I like to top it with some avocado & salsa. I make a little dessert with the bread part that's cut out: toast with some butter and toss in cinnamon sugar - YUM! - especially with dark coffee. Submitted by:

Just made my own version of this! Used 100 calorie sandwich thins and added provolone cheese and hot sauce! Can't believe how fast it was to make! No excuses anymore about skipping breakfast or getting it from a fast food chain. Thanks for posting this Submitted by:

It was really good, I liked to take the extra bread piece and cook it in the pan along with everything else. Its more calories though Submitted by:

As someone who does not like to spend too much time making breakfast, I found this recipe to be delicious and SO easy to make! I added a bit of shredded cheese on top with some salt and pepper. I will definitely be making this in the future. Thank you! Submitted by:

I love making these! I like to just use the egg white to save on calories though. If it's a day where I don't care, I'll use the whole egg. and I like to use a heart shape cookie cutter just to remind myself that I'm doing it all for a good reason! Submitted by:

I make this but I use RAISIN BREAD, believe it or not, it is a very very good combination! Many raisin breads are higher fiber and made with whole wheat. I cut out the center of the bread with a muffin or cookie cutter so that the middle can be pushed out easier. Submitted by:
