Have made this forever & LOVE it! I like to top it with some avocado & salsa. I make a little dessert with the bread part that's cut out: toast with some butter and toss in cinnamon sugar - YUM! - especially with dark coffee. Submitted by:

Just made my own version of this! Used 100 calorie sandwich thins and added provolone cheese and hot sauce! Can't believe how fast it was to make! No excuses anymore about skipping breakfast or getting it from a fast food chain. Thanks for posting this Submitted by:
