I served this to about 50 guests at my Christmas Eve open house, using my canned tomatoes and peppers, eliminating the tomato sauce, therefore the sodium level. It was a huge hit. I did put toppings of pepper sauce and cheese beside it so folks could add it as desired. Submitted by:

very good, very tasty. However, the beer and taco seasoning mix aren't listed in the ingredients on top, and so I had to make do. Luckily my neighbor had a beer for me, then I added my own spices. Just wondering if those are included in the nutritional information. Great idea! Submitted by:
