Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I served this to about 50 guests at my Christmas Eve open house, using my canned tomatoes and peppers, eliminating the tomato sauce, therefore the sodium level. It was a huge hit. I did put toppings of pepper sauce and cheese beside it so folks could add it as desired.
very good, very tasty. However, the beer and taco seasoning mix aren't listed in the ingredients on top, and so I had to make do. Luckily my neighbor had a beer for me, then I added my own spices. Just wondering if those are included in the nutritional information. Great idea!
