I made this as a cake w/ some alterations; coconut sugar instead of cane, lime zest, & coconut oil spray on the pan. Pretty good dessert.
very dense, mixed coconut into batter added some lime peel used 1 cup of sugar; adults and kids ate them up very fast. will make again
