I am so glad I kept looking for a soup using my left over ham. I myself love traditonal ham & bean soup but my husband wasn't so receptive but this recipe made him smile. So we are going to have it tomorrow. I'll be using my crockpot to fix it. I'll also use a low fat cornbread to go with it. Thanx!
