Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

We make this a lot but I use the low sodium prepared/purchased broth and occasionally add a little stock to it. Or another way we like it is to have a large beef bone and boil it as you would a ham bone. You get true and wonderful flavor and a little bit of meat with the onions.
Very good. I used low sodium broth cubes, otherwise it would have been too salty.
