It looks like your calorie count for the salmon is really high
Great salmon recipe. It doesnt taste fishy and easy to make. My fiance loved this! I substituted the salt with Mrs Dash and added the cracked red pepper flakes after it was done. We had steamed broccoli for the side. I may have used half of the 1/3 cup of vinegar mixture.

It's not 616 calories. The problem is in the Ingredients Details. Instead of calculating for a total of 20 oz of salmon (4 fillets @ 5 oz each) she used 4 whole fillets which is way more fish. With the corrected amount of salmon tha calorie count is only 316 .
It tastes great BUT 616 calories per serving!!!
