I used ground up fiber one cereal + oatmeal instead of flour, and sugarfree applesauce instead of oil. Turned out great! Thanks for sharing
Used Splenda brown sugar, opted fro mango juice instead
of milk & added poppy seeds & wheat germ -no spices or walnuts...
Excellent taste! Will make it again.
