Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very delicious and no sugar
I use full fat cream cheese and full fat yogurt, I found all needed was a little bit.
OMG! So yummy! I could eat it right out of the bowl itself! The only change I made was that I couldn't find the fat free crème cheese so had to get 1/3 lower fat crème cheese. Otherwise I left it the same. Incredibly delish! I had it with melon, watermelon, bananas, strawberries, and orange segments
I changed this up just a bit, and subbed 0% plain greek yogurt for the Dannon. Then added 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of splenda. Came out great, just needs a little extra blending to make it super smooth. Nutritional info. for 1 oz serving came out 26.9 cals, 119 sodium, 2 carbs and 3.5 protein.
looks like a great dip recipe. i love dipping fruits and veggies. can't wait to make it as soon as i purchase the non fat cream cheese.
sounds like a great alternative to the full fat version... I never thought about using yogurt instead of the sugary fattening marshmallow cream.
I'll try it! looking forward to it...surprised at how little calories are in it!
Try sweetening with a little honey, splenda or change flavor with low-sugar preserves.
Sounds great can't wait to make it. Always looking for low cal low fat ideas.
OKAY YEAH!!!! I'm having some now...I added 1 packet of Splenda and 1 teas of Polanders Sugar Free (w/splenda) Strawberry Preserves and WOW...can't believe it's so good!
My mom used to make this, but it had marshmallow whip and full-fat cream cheese. This version is awesome, (maybe even better, shhhh) but a whole lot fewer calories and absolutely NO FAT!

love it, and so did my party-goers. Think I'll experiment with a graham crust and layered fruit. Decadent!!
