I don't like stuffed potatoes, but my wife and daughter absolutely loved these! They don't like cottage cheese so I used cheddar (I know, it adds fat), and they told me to give you a ten! One note: for them this serves 2 (they each ate a whole potato). Thanks for sharing!
this recipe was absolutely delish! i used low fat sour cream instead of cottage cheese! i also just used some of my frozed vegetables (california mix), and spiced them up with a little more garlic. then at the end topped with bacon bits, it was fabulous! i was told to make this again very soon!
