Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I thought this was a really good idea, but it needed some tweaking. I used a 50/50 ratio of plain skim yogurt and fat-free cream cheese. The yogurt cuts some of the sweetness of the ff cream cheese. I also added lemon juice, and I used coriander instead of nutmeg. I'm taking it to a potluck!
