Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It is the cheese that is high in calories and sodium. If you choose low fat cheese the calories drop down to 283 but the sodium stays over 1000mg. So unless you can find a low sodium cheese there isn't much you can do about the sodium in this recipe. Sounds yummy.
1 cup of cheese for 1 person? That is where your calories are.
I would not worry about the calories or sodium because there is no way they are that high for this dish. Some input error or the calculator is defective. Still it sounds too good not to make. Maybe tomorrow.
I agree there must be a misprint in the calories, but I am also not getting where the "cheese chips" come from???
This would definately be a splurge for me! The calories I'm not too worried about, I could work around that but the sodium...whew!...out of this world! That's almost my daily intake of sodium!!!
The calories are too high! I could have a hamburger and be in this range. Is it a misprint?
I haven't made this but I think this has to be a misprint on the calories with those ingredients. Especially if you use fat free cheese.
This would definitely be a big splurge for me - 595 calories and over 1,000 mg of sodium is way to high to eat this as part of my regular diet.
595 calories! yikes! it sounds yum, but yikes!
