Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Protein stats are way off, but this looks like a keeper! Easy to halve or double.
I used one can of tomatoes and no fat cream cheese. Served over fine egg noodles. It was OK but not sure I will make it again.
My whole family loved this! Made enough for 5 of us, with seconds for some, and leftovers besides. That means the calorie count will be even lower. I didn't even thaw my chicken first--just threw it in frozen. Super easy!
There is not way that each serving has 42 g of protein. Chicken has 6.5 g of protein per oz. 5 servings x 42 =210g. Divide that by 6.5 and thats 50oz of chicken. Each breast would have to be over 16oz apeice. Maybe a little less depending on small amount of protein in other ingred.
