I have made this and I put the brown sugar and ketchup on top instead of the bottom. Super delicious! I've used Original Pork Rinds instead of crackers as well..still good!
Not really rating it on its health, but its a great recipe - one of my family's faves. Our only big change is to sub oatmeal for the crushed saltines.
