Wow! Maple, Walnuts, and Pears cooked into a pie! I was very good. I made the recipe exactly as printed except I used sugar free maple syrup. Next time I might even use Splenda Brown Sugar to further cut calories. The flavor combination was great! To cut carbs I might leave off the crust too. YUM!
