Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Made this with cauliflower instead of potatoes and it was wonderful (with even less calories)!!
I made this for dinner tonight. My soup turned out a little grainy. Next time I would add more jalapeno, less salt, and use my immersion blender to get a finer texture. All in all not bad but it needs something else.
This is sooo delicious! Following others' advice, I reduced the jalapeno to 1 1/2 and the salt to 1. I used an immersion blender at the end. Perfection!
good soup, but WAY too much salt!!! Next time I'll cut down on the salt and add cheese before serving.
I made this today for lunch and it was great! And so easy to make too! I used some homeade veggie stock and I fell short of the lowfat evap milk, so sub. with 2% milk. I used 1/2 of the salt and pepper and that was just fine for us. I put a whole fresh jalepeno(seeds removed) & it was fine for us.
This sound really good. I can't do really spicy so may add fewer peppers, however I found a low fat turkey jalapenos sausage @ Trader Joe's (110 cal per sausage) and may dice and add them!?
There is way too much salt (and black pepper) in this! I wil use much less next time.
This was very good for having such basic ingredients. I was skeptical, but had only broth, potatoes and a can of green chilis and it worked! It was pretty yummy! and like -7 calories to boot right?
