I used 0% Fage greek yogurt because that's what I had and sweetened it with 2 t. cane sugar, then ate it for breakfast. It was very filling.
I used homemade lowfat yogurt and added a drop of vanilla. Also added a tablespoon of granola to give it some crunch. Didn't freeze it, ate it straight. Was very good and has become one of my favorite snacks.
