I used 1/4 cup of sugar free applesauce, 1/2 cup of apple juice and 1/4 cup of 2% milk to cut down on the calories from the 1/2 and 1/2. Cooked the sauce as per recipe, poured over the salmon steaks and baked in the oven for 1/2 hour. Absolutely delicious. Hubby loved it too!
