Sounds great! I used 1 cup of cold leftover Turkey, 1 C of Chicken stock that I reduced in the micro., 3 oz. rice noodles and 1/2 T almond butter due to many issues. I garnished with my own sesame salt and a T of fresh lime juice. Also added some frozen peas (or bell peppers) Thanks for sharing
I do a variation of this one but found mine had too much sodium. I see you don't use soy sauce at all - great! I also use almond butter with mine and the toast some slivered almonds to garnish on top. Great recipe!
