This was really good!! Thanks! I'll make it again. Dh thought it was dry and needed sauce, but he's never liked salmon and he ate every bite! I thought it was perfect as is. I cut the fillets horizontally to make them thin enough to roll and I subbed lite spread for the butter to save a few calories
