I was so very skeptical when I started out. It is SO liquid and to stir in the beaten egg white is rather interesting, but the result was SO yummy!!!! The cake bakes in three different layers and looks great.
My only changes were to add lemon zest and to put the cinnamon/sugar on pre baking
