I love how easy (and cheap!) this meal is. I used 1lb of bison and 1lb of beef (its what I had), and I drained the fat off through a colander once the meat was cooked. This way and can add grated cheese on top without the guilt! I also added some corn and an orange bell pepper. Yummy!
