looks good but Way too much sodium for me
I would use a deep dish *metal* pan, not the glass one suggested in the recipe. I'm a Chicagoan & love Lou Malnati's, but their pizza's salt content is way too high for me. Thanks so much for this recipe!
Fallinlove--our bodies can use either fat or glucose as fuel. I opt to burn on fat, I am maintaining my perfect weight with ease and my labs/dr reports are the best they have been my entire life. Look into it, not all people thrive on low fat diets. This is going on tomorrows menu.
For lower fat try subbing some of the cheese for riced cauliflower..low carb less calories and less fat
Tried to give this a 5 star rating - it is delicious! Even my husband loved it and he always turns his nose up at low carb recipes.
FALLINLOVE - you've been mislead your whole life about needing food to be low-fat. Ancel Keys was wrong, and ignored the sugar in people's diets and blamed fats. HE WAS WRONG. If you are skipping the sugar, the fat does not matter.
I haven't tried this recipe and have no desire.I think a healthy whole grain thin crust with a few carbs will certainly be better than 42 grams of fat in one serving :( Agree ??

The amount of sodium worries me, but I'm sure with a tweaking that can be fixed ;)
This is a really good low carb pizza. I could not believe how close it tastes to the real thing! I will make this agian for sure.
