Instead of marinara sauce can cocktail sauce and fat free sour cream be used some fin chopped onion garlic celery instead of whole wheat flour panko bread crumbs??
so delicious! I used wheatgerm instead of wheat flour and canned tomatoes instead of tomato sauce to save on carbs. I served them broken up on mini cos leaves with extra tomatoes from the can, fresh tomatoes and mozarella cheese.
