Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It sounds sooooo good! I was wondering if you could leave out the rice. I'm trying to watch my carbs a little closer. What do you think?
Made this tonight; it was YUMMY! I used a little less cayenne. With that and the jalapenos it had just the right amt of heat. Needs more chicken tho. Only used one can of black beans and a full bag of frozen corn. Needs just a little more salt. Was yummy! Lots of good color to this dish, too!
