I love these with a bunch of fresh ground pepper. Or, for extra luxury, grated parmesan cheese. My mom makes these with a did made from grated cooked beets, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, and maybe a pinch of sugar. It's so yummy.
I made these with whole wheat pitas and a seasoning of Cilantro, dried bell peppers, and sea salt! Fantastic! Even my 7 year old loved them.
I used Mrs. Dash & salt on mine. YUM!!! Thanks for the great snack attack cure!!!
