This is quite similar to how I do mine only I usually do 4 egg whites & season my own dry bread crumbs to watch sodium. Serve with a sqeeze of lemon juice. Yum. Thanks for the mackeral tip too!
This was delish! My mom told me my grandfather use to love Salmon patties...I added one extra egg b/c the recipe calls for too many bread crumbs. I will use less next time. Also Kassyhy, you are suppose to fry them. Use a little Oilve Oil cooking spray and you're set!
